  Holland, England, Scotland, Belgium, France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Germany, German Democratic Republic (D.D.R.), Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Czecho-Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Yugoslavia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Soviet-Union, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi-arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Libya, and Tunisia.
  
  The 34 countries I visited with my wife Martha, either on business or on holiday are :
  Iran, Pakistan, Saudi-Arabia, Holland, Belgium, France, Monaco, Spain, Andorra, Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, U.S.A., Mexico, Cuba, Brazil, Domenican Republic, Tunisia, South Africa, Swaziland, Israel,
  Egypt, Morocco, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and China during all the years.
  
  To top it all off, I have fulfilled a long life ambition in 2015 by taking a plane to Australia and made a trip in a “Road-Train” truck, from Darwin in the north, via Alice Springs, to Sydney in the south about 4200 kilometers... Followed in 2018 by a flight to Canada, and made a trip in “Big Trucks” from Toronto, via Winnipeg, through the Rocky Mountains to Vancouver, ca. 3000 miles. Have I had enough? I still don’t have the answer to that question.
  
  The photos on the cover depict a timeline of the vehicles that I, my father, and my sons companies drove. From 1946 through the present time, a period of almost 75 years and the roadmap illustrate the vast time zones we covered.

  This story is about my father Anton and our families. He set up " Rynart-Transport " in the Netherlands with one truck in 1928. My brothers' taking over later and expanding across Europe. i worked there from 1961 upto 1967. Then i formed my own company " Rynart-Trucking and Trading " in LONG DISTANCE transport to Pakistan, Saudi-Arabia, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.
  On my retirement in 2008 my son Rob took over, and now in 2020 he still drives to Afghanistan as " Rynart-International and Logistics " with a fleet of trucks . Up till now the Rynart family have been already involved in transport for more than 90 years
  (from 1928 upto 2020) Inside are many interesting stories about me and our drivers.

  Hard and proud work
  I read the book in one breath. Doing this hard and proud work is something even today, and how it was back in the days for these pioneers of travel to Pakistan and other destinations unknown to us. The book takes us back to the past when daredevils pushed the boundaries and pushed themselves and their trucks to the limits of endurance. Awsome book of one graeat company and one awsome man.   heel mooi omschreven en supermooie foto\'s !!
  een mooi inkijkje in hoe het 40-50 jaar geleden was op de weg en zeker zo ver weg van huis. Leest als een jongensboek, jammer hoe het nu gaat op de weg....... Nederlandse versie zal nog breder gewaardeerd worden verwacht ik

  My 50 years life in Transport
  Dit gaat over zijn ervaringen in de transportwereld. Ook wij zijn werkzaam in de transport. Dit levensverhaal is erg boeiend voor de mensen die de transportwereld kennen.

  i think that a good idea.
  sorry but i prefer write in french. je commence a lire le livre et je le trouve très passionnant. il raconte très bien les début de sa famille dans le transport routier. je découvre beaucoup de chose sur cette entreprise que je croisais souvent. les photos sont impressionnantes l auteur parle des trajets de leurs chauffeurs avec beaucoup de passion. un grand merci a lui pour m avoir permis de découvrir leurs destination qui font un mélange entre chauffeur et aventuriers. merci de les avoir partager. cordialement frederic chauffeur routier de france.

  My 50 years life in Transport
  I got this book just few days ago and have’s read it through, but so far I’ve read it, I must tell you, that this is the most interesting book about transport company’s history l have ever seen! I feel myself just lucky to get this book in my hands and repeat and think about the history of my own career as a truck- and coach driver through my 47 years career at the same time I’m reading this fine book!

  Livre Rinus Rynart.
  Superbe livre avec beaucoup de pages et de magnifiques photos mais malheureusement énorme déception..... J'ai recu mon livre en mauvais état... il était abimè lorsque je l'ai ouvert et pourtant l'emballage était propre a la réception. Je l'ai acheté 53 euros avec les frais de port.

  full power ahead
  Drive is live, that's the motto and in the book you can smell the diesel, hear the engine and feel the towel on the back of your neck. Those were hard times, but they were good times.   My 50 years life of transport
